What is stored

For each appointment only your name, mobile number, chosen time and treatment, and any note you write are stored. If you leave a review after your visit, its rating and text are stored too and shown only after the clinic approves it, with your name shown the way you chose. If you choose to be remembered on this phone, your name and number stay on your own phone only.

What it is used for

Only to manage your appointment and for the clinic to contact you about it. Appointment details are not sold, not passed on and not used for advertising. The one exception is the clinic panel’s AI assistant: when the clinic staff ask it for help (for example “tomorrow’s appointments”), the name, time, treatment and note of those appointments are sent to an AI service (OpenAI) to write the answer. Full mobile numbers are not sent, and that service does not use the data for training.

Who can see it

Only clinic staff the doctor has given an account, and the site’s technical administrator, each with their own account (password and two-step verification). Every change to an appointment is logged with who made it and when.

Cookies and tracking

This site has no analytics, advertising or third-party scripts. Fonts and images load from this server.

The question-and-answer assistant

What you type into the assistant is sent to an AI service (OpenAI) to write the answer and is not stored on this site; the conversation stays only in your browser tab. Under its own terms that service may keep messages for up to 30 days to prevent abuse and does not use them for training. So please don’t type your name, number or medical details there.

Deleting your data

Call the clinic to have your details deleted.
